Adriana holds a EMBA diploma and a Master’s degree in Engineering. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR management, with expertise in HR operations and international talent management within world leading companies (such as Orange-France Telecom and Schindler), both local and corporate level. Adriana is currently leading the Human Resources Benelux at Schindler and is residing in Brussels.
