Paula Buse is Director of Operations at the Romanian Farmers’Club for Performance in Agriculture.
She has 15 years+ experience in project management and business processes’ improvement in various industries such as: financing, banking and insurance, within Porsche Finance Group and former Volksbank Group, where she contributed in both international and local projects. Her expertize covers wider areas as: risk management, client experience, process management and business analysis.
Engineer by education, she holds an Executive MBA with INDE – CNAM– Paris and also a NLP Practitioner International Certificate.
She is a member of PWN Romania and she has actively contributed and added value to the Mentoring Pillar since 2013.
She is the mother of two and is passionate about travelling, gardening and yoga.
