Valeria Nistor is an entrepreneur and expert consultant in corporate governance and sustainability. She has over 13 years of experience in governance and the compliance reporting requirements for listed companies, both at the Bucharest and London Stock Exchange.
Before working in financial services, Valeria worked over 11 years in the Ministry of Finance, beginning as legal advisor and ending as general director of NAFA’s Legal Department.
She is licensed in law at the Bucharest University, has a management master at the Bucharest Academy for Economic Studies and a professional certificate in International Sustainable Business from the International Association for Sustainable Economy UK.
