PWN Romania Group Mentoring with Basav Ray Chaudhuri

We are happy to invite you to another amazing Group Mentoring Session, on February, 24th, from 18.30, this time online, via Zoom.

This event is facilitated by one of PWN Romania’s menbassadors, Basav Ray Chaudhuri, a Executive Coach, Transformation Mentor and Shared Purpose Advocate, who will offer us a workshop on Diversity, starting from the affirmation that `True diversity isn’t just skin deep`.

A diverse group of people aren't necessarily a group of people who look different. We seem far too swayed by the #gender and #ethnicity argument to understand what true #diversity is. In order to extract the benefits that diversity brings, we need diversity of thought.

In the increasingly complex world in which we live, it is even more critical for #leadership to appoint persons in their team who will challenge them. What we are really aiming for is how diverse ways of thinking can result in creative and innovative solutions to problems, to better decision-making and a richer expression of potential which ultimately must lead to superior performance.

This does not happen by creating echo chambers.
